Założony w 2007 roku Meccore String Quartet jest uważany za jeden z najbardziej porywających europejskich kwartetów. Niemalże od dekady zespół podbija serca melomanów Europy i Ameryki występując na najbardziej znanych scenach kameralnych i cyklach koncertowych. Kwartet otrzymał wiele nagród na prestiżowych konkursach muzyki kameralnej, między innymi podczas Premio Paolo Borciani w Reggio Emilia oraz Wigmore Hall String Quartet Competition w Londynie.
